The Taste of Her is absolutely delicious. The cover (while I’m not complaining) actually misleads readers. Beneath this seductive exterior one would expect the normal, pwp quickie. However, with this collection of short stories, the reader gets completely unique and unexpected plots. These tales contain more depth than just the length of a lesbian’s finger. Even the crisp editing turned me on. There are 5 different short stories with settings that vary as much as the sexual positions the characters find themselves in. There is a lingerie store where you’ll want to buy your new knickers (you’ll need them), and a nunnery where your soul will want to convert. Honestly, it gave speaking in tongues a whole new meaning because that body was definitely filled with some holy spirit. The book also includes a writers’ festival, a cabaret, and a Hollywood set where “Action” won’t be the only thing you’ll scream. In all seriousness tho, buy this book. And lesbi-honest, y’all know you’ve spent way more than $2.99 on orgasms before.
